WHY YOU NEED TO SIGN UP FOR A RACE OR COMPETITION
So you have been doing CrossFit for 6 months and you notice that your
strength is improving, you are losing inches, shedding some pounds and
generally have more energy. What’s next? You need to challenge
yourself outside of the box. Whether it’s signing up for a 5K, Spartan
Race, Tough Mudder, Epic Obstacle Course Race or a CrossFit
competition or even take up a new sport!

Are you in business? – think about taking up golf to improve your networking. Do you like to swim? – think about surfing and give it a try…we do live in SoCal! Crossfit is about training you to be better in your life activities so you can excel at something. So get out of the box and sign up for an event. Let the coaches know your plans so they can help and strive to get even stronger and faster.
