Well, we know what that’s all about so we designed a program that is perfect to ease your anxiety as you begin your journey with crossfit. The ON RAMP FUNDAMENTALS program is the perfect place to learn all the basics like how to squat properly, lunge with balance, do a proper push-up as well as learning the fundamentals of using a barbell, kettlebell and dumbbell. That’s not all, you’ll get a great burn with the workout too and learn how a crossfit class is run. Meet others in the community and get all the support and accountability you need to work hard every day and be better than yesterday. Yes, everyone can crossfit especially YOU!

These are full bodied workouts with emphasis on form and functional movement. Who doesn’t need a class like this? We’ve got 2 fantastic coaches that will guide you through the proper mechanics of strengthening your core and teaching you how to really engage it to optimize all your fitness movements. Wether you are a seasoned athlete or a beginner, this class will get you to were you want to be in your fitness journey.
