WHO WE ARE

CrossFit is a lifestyle characterized by safe, effective exercise and sound nutrition and can be used to accomplish any goal, from improved health to weight loss to better performance. At Crossfit Aviator we are all about accountability in getting you to your goals with a general and inclusive fitness program that is supported by measurable and repeatable results.

WHAT WE DO

The program works for everyone including the people who are just starting out and people who have trained for years.  Our coaches all have extensive knowledge and experience with group training as well as 1:1 training.

HOW WE DO IT

WOD’s (workout of the day) can be scaled to any fitness level and change daily. Everyone starts the WOD together on the clock. This creates a community where everyone competes and encourages each other to finish. The biggest cheers are to those who finish last. We also make sure that we spend time together outside of the box (gym) by organizing outings like Karaoke Night or a casual evening at a local brewery. The best place to start is through our On Ramp Fundamentals Program where you will learn form and technique the correct way before entering a CrossFit class. Walk before you run.
